Murder Arrest Over Primrose Hill Stabbing

A 27-year-old man has been taken into custody on murder charges after 21-year-old Finbar Sullivan was found dead following a stabbing in Primrose Hill. The incident occurred on Tuesday, when police responded to the area, a well-known location in north London. Sullivan was discovered with critical injuries, and he later passed away at the scene.

The Metropolitan Police confirmed that a 25-year-old individual was also detained for allegedly aiding the perpetrator. Both suspects were held on Friday and are currently being questioned by officers. Det Insp Andy Griffin emphasized that the family of the deceased is receiving support from specialized teams during this challenging period.

“Although two arrests have been made, our investigators are still working tirelessly to identify all those connected to the event,” Griffin stated. He also acknowledged the public’s assistance, encouraging anyone with insights or video footage from the area on the day of the attack to share it. “Residents may notice a heightened police presence as local officers intensify patrols in Primrose Hill and nearby regions,” he added.
