Primrose Hill Stab Victim ‘Can Never Be Replaced’
A young filmmaker, aged 21, has been killed in a violent altercation in Primrose Hill, according to his father. Christopher Sullivan expressed his grief, stating that his son, Finbar, was irreplaceable. The tragedy occurred near a popular viewing spot in north London around 18:30 BST on Tuesday, with Finbar succumbing to his injuries immediately.
“Finbar was my only son, and this is the worst tragedy I could ever imagine,” Sullivan told the Daily Mail, reflecting on his son’s life and aspirations.
Sullivan revealed that Finbar, a student at the London Screen Academy, had dreams of following in his grandfather Michael Seresin’s footsteps. The elder Sullivan worked on blockbuster films such as *Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban* and *Rambo III*. His son had visited the park to test a camera gifted for his birthday, eager to pursue his passion for visual storytelling.
Finbar was described by his father as a “beautiful, lovely, outgoing, loving boy” who dedicated himself to filmmaking. The Daily Mail noted his involvement in creating music videos for drill rap artists under the moniker Sully Shot It. Sullivan emphasized his son was not a gang member but a “groovy 21-year-old” who cherished movies and creative projects.
During the confrontation, a second individual in his early twenties sustained non-life-threatening stab wounds. He was hospitalized for treatment. The Metropolitan Police are seeking witnesses, footage, or photographs from the scene to aid their investigation. As of now, no arrests have been announced.
