Reality TV star Tracy Tutor accuses Alexander brother of sexual assault in lawsuit

Reality TV Star Tracy Tutor Files Sexual Assault Lawsuit Against Alexander Brother

Accusations of drugging and misconduct emerge as brothers face federal trial

A reality TV personality, Tracy Tutor, has initiated a legal action against Oren Alexander, a luxury real estate agent, alleging he drugged her and subjected her to sexual assault during a 2014 event in New York City. The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court, claims Tutor was lured to the city under the pretense of a networking opportunity to join a prominent Los Angeles real estate team.

Oren Alexander, alongside his twin Alon and older brother Tal, is currently undergoing a federal trial for sex trafficking charges. The jury began deliberating Thursday, with all three brothers having previously entered not guilty pleas. The case, which spans from 2010 to 2021, accuses them of a decade-long pattern of exploiting women through coercion and violence.

“Ms. Tutor and her counsel have timed the filing of this salacious and demonstrably false lawsuit for maximum media impact,” stated Jason Goldman, Oren Alexander’s attorney. “Despite the allegations being over a decade old and already public, they chose the eve of jury deliberations to file their claims.”

The lawsuit describes Tutor’s experience as a “crime of violence motivated by gender” under New York law, with specific incidents including being drugged at a dinner, losing consciousness, and waking up in a hotel room after an assault. A friend reportedly discovered her in a men’s bathroom stall, where Alexander was kissing her with his shirt open.

Prosecutors argue the brothers operated as a team, using their resources and influence to traffic women. James E. Dennehy, former FBI assistant director in New York, highlighted their alleged coordination to “prey on innocent women” and force them into sexual acts. Tal Alexander, a well-known broker in Miami and NYC, and Alon, who manages a family-owned security firm, are also named in the charges.

Oren Alexander’s legal team disputes the claims, framing them as deliberate efforts to sway public opinion. The case against the three brothers, charged in December 2024, centers on their alleged collaboration to perpetrate multiple assaults over years, according to the U.S. attorney’s office.

Joe Kottke, an assignment editor at NBC News, and Phil Helsel, a reporter, are credited with covering the developments. The lawsuit adds another layer to the ongoing legal scrutiny of the Alexander siblings, who remain on trial for their actions.
